Project Management Associate Internship · In progress
Building the project foundation before the recommendation
A four-week project operations engagement focused on understanding a real business challenge, finding its root causes, and preparing an executive-ready path forward.
Project foundation
Establishing the project context, team charter, stakeholders, scope, and working assumptions.
Root-cause analysis
Using structured analysis to separate the visible symptoms from the underlying operational problem.
Implementation planning
Developing practical actions, owners, risks, and measures that can move from recommendation to execution.
Current focus
The internship brief places the work on the ProjectUp platform, a business with 150 employees across nine departments. The first deliverable is the project foundation and root-cause analysis report; later weeks build toward an executive recommendation.
Final recommendations, implementation details, and measured outcomes will be added only after the corresponding work is submitted and reviewed.
Four-week delivery path
- Week 1 — Project foundation and RCA report
- Week 2 — Stakeholder engagement and solution development
- Week 3 — Implementation planning, risks, and pilot thinking
- Week 4 — Executive recommendation presentation
